Dani Rose Piper
Dani Rose Piper is currently the owner of Raise the Bar fitness and has been dedicated to the pursuit of optimal health and fitness for over 20 years. She is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF). She has competed in both Kettlebell Sport events and the Kettlebell Games, placing 1st as Dominant Female. Recently, Dani participated in her first bodybuilding competition, taking 1st in the Masters division. She plans on continuing her fitness journey through further education, competitions, and helping others to achieve their fitness goals.

She also believes in leading by example and striving to be a role model for others. "Aging is inevitable, but how you age is up to you!"
